It has over 200 Recruiters and Associate Recruiters operating throughout five global recruitment centres in India , Eastern Europe and Costa Rica .Although a nascent industry, recruitment process outsourcing or RPO is being seen as the next big thing in HR outsourcing—with research firm IDC forecasting that staffing and recruitment spend worldwide by corporate houses will amount to $ 92 billion by 2009.Designation: Sourcer:Location: (Work from Home) NCR region, Delhi , Chennai, Bangalore .Salary:Early Night slot 6pm -3 am : 13 k pm + 1 k (Internet)Late Night slot 10pm - 6 am : 14k pm + 1 k (Internet).Permanent positions:Qualifications: Good English communication and Internet Familiar .Desirable with recruitment or sourcing background, but it’s not a must .Responsibilities: To work as recruiter from home, searching qualified resume from job portals for US clients. We work according to US time zone . Surf the Internet (including our databases, jobsites, search engine resumes, matching specific job requirements . Liaison with candidates through email, net chat and phone, regarding their availability, interest, work permit, compensation, among other qualifications.Send Resumes to Client Company Senior Recruiters who work to place the candidates.Designation is as Sourcer , you will be working as independent contractor . While confirming that you are interested in taking up the position of Sourcer, Be clear about following points . Job Sites Portal access be arranged and paid for directly by client comany and the access rights given to you. Internet Access charges based on the current Broadband rates will be reimbursed by client company. For the salary of Rs.12000 - 14000 per month, Plus 1000 for internet pm .Client comany will monitor fulfillment of minimum 8 hour/day criteria. Salary/ Service fee will be normally paid by month end 28 – 30 th of the month. Travel – Outstation : Not at all.
