This will give the company intense exposure to sophisticated hiring and screening systems as well as extensive international exposure.We will be targeting to source 500 Plus candidates in the areas of Interne and E-commerce technologies, telecommunications software, Distributed computing technologies and the ERP domain in the first year of operation.During the course of talking to these 500 Plus candidates we will be applying a variety of result oriented, evaluation methods to qualify a candidate for the specific positions.We will be developing technical tests and behavioral assessment methods to evaluate/select candidates. This will bring us in a strong position to offer the candidates and our clients perfect consultancy services.This division will offer the following services to the client. We help clients arrive at their manpower plan for the year and the media strategy for attracting the best talent. We conduct the preliminary evaluation (technical and behavioural) and organize the final panel meetings with prospective employees.
